Terms of Service

Verbcraft helps you build, tailor, and export resumes, cover letters, cold emails, and resignation letters, using AI to generate and rewrite content based on what you provide.

AI-generated content can be wrong. Every AI output — rewritten bullet points, a tailored highlight, a generated cover letter or cold email, an ATS-style score — is a machine-generated draft, not verified fact and not professional (career, legal, or otherwise) advice. You're responsible for reading, fact-checking, and editing anything Verbcraft generates before you send it to an employer or anyone else. We make no promise that using Verbcraft will get you an interview, a job offer, or any particular outcome, or that any document will pass a specific employer's applicant tracking system.

You sign in with an email-based one-time code. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at harsh@kalpantar.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

You own what you put into Verbcraft — your resume data, letters, and application details. By using the service you give us permission to store that content and to send the relevant parts of it to our AI provider (see the Privacy Policy) solely to generate the outputs you've asked for. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it to train our own models.

You're responsible for making sure what you upload or paste in is yours to use, isn't unlawful, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Paid plans are sold as one-time credit packs, not subscriptions — a purchase grants a fixed number of resume, cover letter, cold email, and revision downloads to your account and does not automatically renew or rebill you. Prices are shown in INR or USD depending on your location and are charged in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Refunds. Because a purchase unlocks digital downloads immediately, we don't offer refunds once any credit from a pack has been used. If you were charged but no credits from that purchase have been used yet, contact harsh@kalpantar.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it. If a payment was captured twice for the same order, charged in error, or debited without a matching credit grant due to a technical failure on our end, we'll refund or correct it regardless of usage. This section doesn't limit any refund or cancellation right you have under a law that can't be waived by agreement in your country.

You agree not to:

• Use Verbcraft to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or impersonates someone else;
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or the free/paid gating built into the product;
• Scrape, resell, or systematically extract Verbcraft's content, templates, or generated output as a commercial product of your own;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the service, or interfere with other users' accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, without a refund for any unused credits obtained through that violation.

Verbcraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we don't warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbcraft and Kalpantar aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost job opportunities, lost income, or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Verbcraft is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms from time to time; if we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. You may stop using Verbcraft and ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where Kalpantar operates, except where local mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there instead.
